Together we will identify patterns that have created struggle and resistance. Once acknowledged, we can use various methods to create mindful responses to life's transitions and challenges that enable self-compassion, strength, and boundaries. My goal is to help you emerge with healthy, adaptive strategies and a newly found confidence to take on life's obstacles.

I have been in the mental health field for more than 20 years working with children, adolescents, and adults. I am a multi-faceted clinician who has worked in a variety of clinical settings: residential, inpatient psychiatric care, emergency, and school settings. I also work with transitioning 18-21 year-olds with developmental disabilities.

In addition to individual and family therapy, I offer ongoing social skills groups for individuals on the autism spectrum. These groups bring individuals together in an effort to socialize and build connections while also working on problem solving, social, vocational, and life issues.

COST & INSURANCE

Average cost per session: $80 - $130.
We work on a sliding scale so that you can get the help you need, when you need it.

We accept many forms of insurance, but not all. Please check with us when you make your first appointment to be sure your visits will be covered.
